Privacy Statement
BIGOALS (BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE GOALS) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the BIGOALS site and governs data collection and usage. By using the BIGOALS site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. This Privacy Statement works in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
Collection of your Personal Information
BIGOALS collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. BIGOALS also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
BIGOALS does not, as a general matter, collect personal information, such as the names or mailing addresses of visitors to the Site, unless that information is voluntarily provided. However, BIGOALS may, without your permission, electronically collect information regarding your online habits and location, including, without limitation, navigational data (i.e., log files, server logs, click-stream) and information about how the Site is used by you (through cookies, Google Analytics, Internet tags, or web beacons). BIGOALS may also collect information such as the URL of the website you previously visited and the time of day that you use the Site.
Although BIGOALS generally does not collect personal information, BIGOALS may decide to make certain features, products or services offered within the BIGOALS site subject to registration requirements. To use those areas of the BIGOALS site (e.g., areas through which you can submit content to the Site or Registration-Based Products), you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, username, phone number, and password. BIGOALS may also compile a subscription list to which you could voluntarily submit your name, mailing address and/or email address. The purpose of such a subscription list would be to send out periodic updates to subscribers on matters of interest, provided that you will have the ability to opt out of further communications in accordance with procedures that will be described in each such update.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by BIGOALS. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by BIGOALS for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the BIGOALS site.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through BIGOALS public comments submission, this information may be collected and used by others.
BIGOALS encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites you choose to link to from BIGOALS so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. BIGOALS is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the BIGOALS and BIGOALS family of Web sites.
BIGOALS does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 13. If BIGOALS finds out that BIGOALS has such personal information, BIGOALS will take prompt and reasonable steps to delete it.
Use of your Personal Information
BIGOALS collects and uses your personal information to operate the BIGOALS Web site and deliver the services you have requested. BIGOALS also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from BIGOALS and its affiliates. BIGOALS may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
BIGOALS uses third-party vendors (such as Google Analytics) to analyze how Users use the BIGOALS site. The personal information compiled in our registration and subscription databases will not be shared with any marketing firms or other third parties (other than those providing services to BIGOALS and that are restricted to using such information on behalf of BIGOALS and solely as and to the extent necessary to provide such services to BIGOALS) without the express consent of the registrant or subscriber.
BIGOALS does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. BIGOALS may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, BIGOALS may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to BIGOALS, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
BIGOALS does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
BIGOALS keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within BIGOALS, in order to determine what BIGOALS services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within BIGOALS to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

BIGOALS incorporates remarketing by utilizing third party vendors (such as Google) to display content specific advertisements to visitors who have previously visited the BIGOALS site and/or expressed interest in the BIGOALS products when such visitors go to other websites that also incorporate similar remarketing tools. BIGOALS and other third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies and third party cookies together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on a User’s past visits to the BIGOALS site.

BIGOALS may also use such information for research or improvements of the Site and the services BIGOALS offers you. This data is also used by the BIGOALS to deliver customized content and advertising to you when your online behavior indicates that you are interested in a particular subject area.

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with the BIGOALS, such as archive.org or google.com, may crawl the Site and make available to the public publicly-available content and postings from the Site. BIGOALS secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. BIGOALS secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

BIGOALS will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. BIGOALS encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how BIGOALS is protecting your information.
